So, we’re happy to share the news of our latest accolade — the 2024 Adobe Digital Experience ISV Resell Partner of the Year Award. This honor is given to the Adobe global partner that has significantly impacted customer success while contributing to Adobe’s business.

Adobe is well known for its drive to foster creativity and contributions to the digital realm, which echo our efforts to develop a new era of customer engagement. And with Adobe Journey Optimizer, customers can create and manage omnichannel campaigns from a single application, optimizing the entire journey so tracking and reporting are simplified, providing invaluable insights to make effective decisions. Sinch supports the tool with native integration using SMS and MMS, with a resell agreement that started regionally but has expanded to cover the globe.

In 2023, Sinch was recognized as the Adobe Digital Experience Technology Partner of the Year – Customer Journeys. This acknowledgement is awarded to the Adobe global partner that delivered innovative customer experiences focused on reducing friction for customers, and who has demonstrated what it means to promote game-changing client experiences through state-of-the-art technology.

The journey ahead 

Sinch and Adobe’s resell relationship, launched in early 2023, has been successful in North America, attracting numerous esteemed brands. Building on this foundation, the program has been extended and now includes 23 countries across EMEA and APAC regions. Only a few months after launch, this expansion has already showed promising results, with the first set of customers joining in February 2024 from both EMEA and Australia. 

At Sinch, we will continue to refine our offerings, advancing the integration of native mobile messaging within Adobe Journey Optimizer. This smart improvement simplifies the creation of omnichannel journeys, giving our customers the power to engage their audiences effectively.
