So it is with great pride that we’re announcing that we’ve been recognized as the 2023 Adobe Digital Experience Technology Partner of the Year – Customer Journeys. This recognition is awarded to the Adobe global partner that delivered innovative customer experiences focused on reducing friction for customers, and who has demonstrated what it means to promote game-changing client experiences through state-of-the-art technology.

While the collaboration goes back further, Sinch signed its first partnership agreement with Adobe in 2019, supporting a variety of Adobe products and solutions through our Customer Communication Cloud. But in 2021, Sinch announced that Adobe Experience Cloud customers could drive interactions over conversational messaging channels without leaving Adobe Journey Optimizer. This was made possible through the flexibility of Sinch’s underlying omnichannel Conversation API.

Sinch and Adobe: a fruitful partnership continues to grow
As a CPaaS Platinum level partner, Sinch offers messaging services through Adobe’s resell program. This means that Adobe can resell Sinch’s messaging products and services, which is beneficial for both companies and their customers.
