con4PAS is a Czech-based consulting company providing SAP leading-edge solutions in the areas of Customer Management, Call Center Management, Supplier Management, and Business Intelligence. con4PAS was founded back in 2003 and since then has expanded its presence to the MENA region by establishing a subsidiary in Dubai under the name of conPAS DWC-LLC.

con4PAS represents a unique combination of long-standing traditions with a fundamental emphasis on innovative approaches. con4PAS‘s proud to work with more than 100 customers with project implementation or roll-out in 37 countries across Europe and MENA region, even further in Japan. Their customers include companies from utilities, telecommunications, pharmaceutical, food, manufacturing, and other industries.

con4PAS experience with communication software started right from the beginning and grew with market interest in these solutions and their digitization. con4PAS become an application expert and integrator of both on-premise and cloud SAP Contact Center solutions, in 2020 acquired by Swedish company Sinch. At this moment con4PAS can be proud of several successfully delivered projects for multinational companies in Europe and MENA region and the first one under the Sinch name.

In addition to the long-term partnership with SAP, con4PAS made the strategic decision to partner with Sinch, a global leader in cloud communications for mobile customer engagement intending to strengthen their position in virtual communication technologies and ensure their customers continuos services. con4PAS has become also a partner with AudioCodes, a leading vendor of advanced voice networking and media processing solutions for the digital workplace.

Partnering with the telecommunication experts allows con4PAS to expand their portfolio with additional solutions that will bring their customers a wide range of innovative features even beyond the SAP world through expanding native integration options.
