Good times! For the fifth year running, Sinch has received a Tier One rating, in the annual A2P SMS Messaging Vendor Performance Report, recently published by the Roaming Consulting Company (ROCCO).
The report definitively ranks the industry’s leading A2P SMS Messaging Vendors, based on scores and feedback from over 365 mobile network operators (MNOs). Only those vendors scoring higher than four out of five in every category receive the coveted Tier One rating.
Overall, Sinch was ranked third in this year's report and remains the only A2P messaging provider to have consistently ranked in the Tier One top three in each of the last five annual ROCCO reports.
In addition, the MNOs felt that Sinch has the strongest understanding of the global messaging business, awarding a highest score of 4.4 out of five. We also scored highest for our local expertise (4.24) and our messaging industry thought leadership (4.18).
The report also revealed that the use of grey routes remains the number one issue of concern amongst MNOs. Therefore, in the highly-competitive global enterprise messaging market, factors such as reputation, trust, technical expertise and reliability serve as the vital barometers which enable enterprises and MNOs to benchmark potential A2P messaging partners.
