Manual vs Auto Topup?
After you have made your first payment in the dashboard, you will have the option to use our auto topup feature via PayPal. With auto topup, you can set a credit value to automatically be charged to your PayPal account as soon as your account goes under $1 in credit. If you do not want to use this feature, just leave it blank and use the manual topup option. Using manual topup, you can add credit at your leisure, as and when needed.
How can I pay for PSTN and SMS credits?
PSTN and SMS credits can be added by logging into your dashboard. You can pay either with PayPal or via bank transfer. You do not need a PayPal account; just a credit card. Just head to your dashboard, add the credits you need, enter your credit card details on the PayPal screen, and buy.
I want to call a regular phone number. Do I need credit?
Yes, you will need credit to call regular phone and PSTN numbers. You can add credit to your account in your dashboard.
I am a business customer, how can I be exempt from VAT?
If you have a European VAT number, enter it before proceeding with your payment and you will be exempted from VAT.
How do I know how much I’ve used and if I’ve gone over the free usage tiers?
You can see current and past usage activity by logging into your dashboard.
What happens if I exceed my current usage tier?
The service will continue to be available without interruption and your account will be automatically upgraded to the next tier.
